Day late, buc short

Yesterday was National Bobblehead Day and I completely missed a golden opportunity to show off some of my bobbleheads.

Instead, I thought it might be fun to show off some noncardboard related items in the collection in a Star Trek entry log format.

So here is entry 1...

I'll start with my first bobblehead of Cutch I ever got.  This is a bobblehead from 2010 if I remember correctly that was signed at PiratesFest, an annual event for Pirates fans to meet the current team and former alumni.

It is my only bobblehead signed by Cutch, but is one of many that I own.

To date I have 14 bobble heads of Andrew McCutchen.
Here is a breakdown by team
1 Philadelphia Phillies
1 San Francisco Giants
6 Pittsburgh Pirates
1 Indianapolis Indians
4 Altoona Curve
1 Hickory Crawfords

Do you have any bobble heads of your favorite players?  How accurate are they depicted?

The Uncle Larry Collection

I have gotten a few items relating to the famous 2020 Topps card and have shown them off over the past few months.

Here is the complete collection.
11x14 Topps cards, 5x7 gold Topps card, 2 of the SP photo variant, a BGS authenticated autograph with inscription "Sat. Night Special", 4 sketch cards, and a 16x20 photo authenticated by Hunts Auctions.
The most recent addition is the bobblehead which I preordered back in August. The post got the attention of Cutch evidently because when I woke up this morning, I had this on my phone
That is pretty awesome and shows how humble and fan friendly he is. If you read this, thanks for following me back Cutch.

Elf Week: Son of a Nutcracker

If you're a human who thinks he's an elf that grew up in the North Pole living with nothing but cheer and merry days, you likely wouldn't curse even when things don't go according to plan.

Instead you say "Son of a Nutcracker"

John recommended this quote and I have to admit I was stumped trying to find a card featuring son or nutcracker.

It wasn't until I was putting away one of my binders containing base cards that I noticed I had a Nuts For You bobblehead from Andrew's Altoona Curve days.

It may be a stretch, but NutsForYou is a family run business (thus the son of a nutcracker).  They sponsored this bobblehead as a giveaway in 2013.
The bobblehead features Cutch at the plate wearing his Altoona Curve jersey
Cutch wore #10 for the Curve.
Here are a few of my other bobbleheads and oddball figures.
