Let The Kids Play

Remember when Rob Manfred was trying to get more youth into the game?

Remember how he tried hard to rewrite the "old rules" by "letting the kids play" through aggressive marketing campaigns?

Well, that was then...

now we are being told there is a great chance that there won't be a season this year.

MLB, the owners, the commissioner, and all those involved need to

"Let The Kids Play"
The 2012 Triple Play set was designed with kid collectors in mind.  Andrew McCutchen got a "When I was a kid" insert card talking about his childhood.

    I grew up in a generation where we were taught humility and to respect the game... but times change... and the game has evolved. I'm 100% for an entertaining bat flip or on-field celebration... as long as the batter doesn't go out of their way to disrespect the other team. I'm 100% for letting the kids play.
