With life back to normal now, I should be able to get back to daily posts on here again.
Today marks a special post on Collecting Cutch. It is my 1,000th post on the blog since starting it at the end of 2016.
Above is a SMALL sampling of what is to,come on the blog as I just grabbed a handful of toploaders I haven't shown off yet. The next 1,000 will hopefully be as fun as the first 1,000 posts I've made.
I want to thank everyone who reads the blog and enjoys my show and tell posts. While my blog is certainly not shy about showing off some incredible cards there are a few different kinds of posts I really enjoy doing.
First is my yearly SaveSecondBaseEvent I do each year. I am already starting to map out some of the cards I can use along with some of the celebrities I can associate with something relating to the card.
I am going to scale back on the number of sets I chase parallels for next year, but am going full force with trying to add as many 2005 Topps Update & Highlights (UH329) draft pick cards to the collection
The same can be said for 2009 Topps Update & Highlights (UH155).
One style of post I really want to concentrate more on is the Heritage Comparisons and Archives Comparisons. I particularly like these posts as it allows me to research about who appeared on the original set and expand my knowledge.
As you can see in the 1st pic there is a "small" lot of 2015 Topps Strata cards pictured. I have a massive post ready to go for that and am ALWAYS looking for numbered parallels of that set.
Andrew has been doing a lot of signing for both Panini and Topps in the past two years and I am focusing more and more on his autograph releases.
There's PLENTY MORE where these came from...
Lots of great things to come and share
So with the first 1,000 posts under wraps I again want to thank everyone for reading the blog, commenting, and sending me Andrew McCutchen (among others) cards over the years.
Here's to many more posts in the future...
Congrats on reaching the 1K milestone!
