#tbt: Let's Be Friends

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness month.  Visit the official site here.

Breast Cancer will be detected in one of eight women in the US each year.

It is the second leading cause of cancer death among women each year.

On average every 2 minutes a woman will be diagnosed with breast cancer and every 13 minutes one person will die from breast cancer.

There are currently 33 million breast cancer survivors in the USA.

It's important to support the research for cancer.  Breast Cancer is often associated with the color pink so I will be showing off some pink Cutch cards....all month long.

In addition, you can expect to see some boobs with each post.  Who doesn't love boobs?

So let's start with what we're hoping to save!

One of my favorite sitcoms is Friends.
A big reason for that is Jennifer Aniston.

When I was in grade school, I had such a big time crush on Rachel Green, played by Jennifer Aniston.
A look at her perky nipples through the years should help to explain that reasoning.
Like a finely designed card, she has aged very well.

Even the backside is still stunning.

This year's Topps Heritage design is based on 1969 Topps, the same birth year as Jennifer Aniston (see there was a reason why I showed her off).

Let's flip the card over and discover that Magenta/Pink back.
These magenta backs are EXTREMELY RARE as they were limited to only 10 copies and fall roughly 2 per case.

Aaaaaannnnnddd...let's take one more look at Jen's fine bod.

  1. Fine choice,but I'm a Courtney Cox guy...both solid selections for sure.

  2. Great title! I am with John, I like Courtney more

  3. Fellas, fellas, why do you have to choose sides?

  4. I was doing a getting to know you activity with my students back in August and there were a bunch of kids who listed that they loved Friends. Like Aniston... it's aged well.

    1. It's always on TBS with Seinfeld and Big Bang. Definitely a classic for any generation.
